XCSO Excellence Camp details

August 26- Lafleche Aerial Park and Nakkertok North trail run (8am to 4pm)

August 27- Remic Rapids distance rollerski (8am-11am)

August 27- Nakkertok South games, core, guest speaker and BBQ(1pm-6pm) and Regular Practice (6:30pm-8:30pm)

August 28- SRS Rollerski intensity at Vincent Massey Park (9am-11:30am)

August 29- Early morning intensity with the ENRG athletes (time and location TBC), and presentation

August 29- Regular Practice (6pm-8pm) Team Poker Strength at Experimental Farm

August 30- P12 SUP and Ramparts trail run (9am-1pm)

• Parent support will be required for this camp, please indicate your availability in the registration.
